The Span Center’s Home Delivered Meals program, in partnership with FeedMore, provides nutritious meals to homebound older adults who are unable to prepare meals themselves. Eligible individuals (60+) receive hot meals tailored to their dietary needs, including options for special diets, and daily contact from FeedMore’s Meals on Wheels program.
