Legal Services

Need important legal papers like a Will, Power of Attorney, or Advance Medical Directive? During our free Law Days, volunteer lawyers help you prepare these documents privately. Sessions are held at various locations throughout the area. Registration is required.

The Span Center, in partnership with Williams Mullen, University of Richmond Law School, and local counties, offers free legal services to older adults. This service provides an opportunity for eligible adults (60+) and individuals with disabilities to have Life Planning Documents prepared by volunteer attorneys.

Sessions are available throughout our planning district, and registration is required.
