We are The Span Center. We’re your local Area Agency on Aging and we provide Meals on Wheels to the City of Richmond or the counties of Charles City, Chesterfield, Goochland, Hanover, Henrico, New Kent and Powhatan.

The Span Center’s Meals on Wheels Home Delivered Meals program, is a partnership with Feed More that provides nutritious meals to homebound older adults who are unable to prepare meals themselves. Eligible individuals (60+) receive hot meals tailored to their dietary needs, including options for special diets, and daily contact from our Meals on Wheels program.

Meals are delivered 11am-1:30pm by friendly volunteers who also conduct safety checks. 

This service is provided at no charge, though donations, which are voluntary are encouraged.
