The Span Center offers respite and in-home care services, including personal care and homemaker assistance, to help with daily activities and provide caregivers with a much-needed break. Personal care services include support with tasks like bathing, grooming, meals, toileting and mobility/transferring. Homemaker services assist with everyday tasks like dishes, laundry and light cleaning.
Eligibility for In-Home Care Services is determined through an assessment to identify your needs and whether services can be provided by The Span Center or another community service provider.
This service is free for individuals at or below the federal poverty level. Sliding scale fees apply to those with higher income, based on financial earnings and medical expenses.
